We’re thrilled to welcome Dustin Rietsema as our new Executive Director!

A dynamic, results-driven nonprofit affordable housing leader and advocate, Rietsema brings unique expertise and partnerships in the affordable housing industry spanning development, asset ownership and property management.

“My passion is affordable housing and making it accessible to all. I’m incredibly grateful and humbled to join the CCHC team as the Executive Director and serve this mission with purpose,” said Rietsema. “Providing housing opportunities is challenging, yet very exciting. Are you a passionate, experienced leader ready to make a real difference in affordable housing? CCHC is searching for our next Executive Director!

This is a key leadership role for someone who:
✅ Has 7–10+ years of nonprofit leadership & management experience
✅ Understands affordable housing development, policy, and funding
✅ Is a strategic thinker AND a compassionate, collaborative people-person
✅ Has experience with federal, state & local housing programs, tax credits, and supportive housing
✅ Can build strong relationships with boards, funders, government partners, and communities

As Executive Director, you'll oversee everything from strategic planning and financial management to program development and staff leadership — all in service of our mission to expand long-term housing affordability and address housing disparities.
