Based on feedback from town meeting last year, Duxbury is developing a plan that will allow the Town to comply with the MBTA Communities Act. This plan will allow the Town to maintain control over its own zoning and preserve Duxbury's eligibility for crucial state funding for coastal resilience and infrastructure.
