It was great spending some time with Congressman Mike Kennedy this last week!

We started with lunch at the Chamber’s Voices of the Valley event, followed by a tour around Eagle Mountain to discuss some of the needs and priorities of our growing community.

I appreciate Congressman Kennedy taking the time to visit, listen, and see firsthand both the challenges and opportunities ahead for Eagle Mountain. It’s always valuable to have these conversations and make sure our community’s needs are heard.

One of the best parts of summer is seeing our community come together for events like this.

A big thank you to our Youth Council for putting together such a fun Summer Splash event (still happening over at Cory Wride!)

I love seeing our young leaders creating opportunities for families and friends to make memories together!

I appreciated the opportunity to host leaders from the Governor’s Office of Economic Opportunity, Senator Heidi Balderree, Brooks Benson, and Beehive Energy Alliance as we toured key development sites across Eagle Mountain.

We discussed our vision for a joint military and civilian Advanced Aviation Airport, along with how our new Alternative Energy Overlay Zone is helping attract innovative energy projects, strengthen our economy, and create high quality jobs for the future. Senator Balderree serves on the Beehive Energy Alliance board, while Brooks Benson brings extensive experience in energy infrastructure, making their perspectives especially valuable as we plan for Eagle Mountain’s future.

As one of the fastest growing cities in Utah and the nation, Eagle Mountain is investing in the infrastructure and partnerships that will create lasting opportunities for our residents. I’m grateful for the collaboration and excited for what’s ahead.

Spending Saturdays at the Farmers Market is one of my favorite things to do! I love supporting our local businesses, catching up with residents, and seeing our community come together. It’s always time well spent.

Stopped by Jet Fuel at Cedar Valley High School today to support our amazing students!

Jet Fuel is more than just a great place to grab a drink. It’s a student run business that gives our Aviators hands on experience while supporting school programs.

By invitation of Utah County, the county’s mayors and commissioners came together at the Utah County Fair for an evening of collaboration, conversation, and, of course, monster trucks.

It’s always a great opportunity to strengthen relationships, share ideas, and work together to better serve our communities.

Thanks to Utah County for bringing us all together!
