We hope everyone is doing okay after last week’s storm. We are a little less than a month away from the Mexican Independence Parade on September 13. We are looking to place t-shirt orders by next week, if you are interested in getting a shirt please fill out the Google Form, t-shirts will be $15 and we will be accepting cash payments. Please complete the form by next Wednesday, August 26th. Thank you!

local leaders will be hosting a free community meal in the Hammond Central Cafeteria for those in need , while supplies last.

Come through, get a plate, or bring food and beverages if you want to contribute.

We had an amazing and productive meeting! Thank you to Democratic Candidate for Indiana State Comptroller Jessica Bailey for Indiana State Comptroller for joining us! It was great to hear how we as a community can help her campaign and the importance of being active in the election process! Thank you as well to Anthony Oberman for Indiana District 15 State Representative , Democratic Candidate for Indiana State House District 15, for joining us for our meeting! It was great having you both with us to discuss the importance of your races, how we as a community can help, and what you can do to help our fellow Latino Hoosiers!

Now is the time to make a plan to vote. Check your voter registration, register if you haven’t already, and learn about early voting and Election Day information.
Every vote matters, and every voice deserves to be heard. Our Latino community has the power to shape the future of our community, our state, and our country. Let’s show up, make our voices count, and create meaningful change, together!!!
