11/22 was our first ever “Our 💚 Fitz Community Night” and it was incredible! Thank you to Sheniqua Trotman for your facilitation of our song circle, it was so freeing to sing in community with your guidance. Especially loved “this is a roadblock” so much! Heather Henson & Green Feather Foundation, this is the first (of many) visits to the kinetic Carriage House. What a special night that will be the beginning of a new chapter for our community gatherings. So excited to share more about our December Community Family Day soon (SAVE the DATE: Sunday 12/21) 💚

We are overjoyed to be able to bring folks together to partake in the Muppet Circle Sing at the Henson Carriage House Annex from 5:30-7 (dinner to follow)! Event costs $26, but there are other options if anyone is unable to afford the full amount to attend the event (please be advised that the community dinner will be an additional cost in addition to the event). Carpooling will be available to travel into the city. Please RSVP asap so that we may register ahead of time for the festivities & plan accordingly. We hope to see you there 💜🩵💜

Brian is a new member of our as of our Fall 2025 🎃 and we are excited to welcome him to the role of Dr Chuck Chompers. Brian’s ability to listen to those he shares the stage with & remain constantly on his toes to create improv magic is a wonder to behold! Previous actors who have brought the role of Chompers to life include Joe Morris DDS (that’s right is an actor & a DENTIST by trade) and Steve Corbellini (seasoned LI Performer & 4th grade teacher), but something all of these performing artists have in common is their excitement over the opportunity to play a villain. Guys, Chuck Chompers is a mission to save the town’s teeth…he’s just a little misguided!

Ellen has been a member of our since our World Premiere production in 2024 @ Bayway Arts Center & this is her second year playing Clare Voyant. Ellen brings a commitment & work ethic that is unlike any other. Her creative spirit & drive to always find the magic in the moment is just one of the many reasons why we adore working with her. Another reason is the depth of her kindness, willingness to listen & her empathy; all of which are evident in every interaction she shares with others on & off stage!

Ellie (human girl) is neurodivergent & struggles to feel accepted by others and make friends. Dana has been a member of our since our World Premiere production in 2024 @ Bayway Arts Center & this is her second year playing Ellie. Dana has spent countless hours on the research & development of incorporating a greater representation of into her character & collaborating with Christine (who is AuDHD, a sibling of 2 autistic brothers & has 20+ years in the Intellectual Disability Services field) to make Ellie “so much more” than ever before! We are extremely proud & grateful for the commitment that Dana has shown to delivering a true to life depiction of neurodivergence. Dana, along with her scene partners , & .kaleidoscopeeyes, do a beautiful job of modeling what it can look like when compassionate supports & unconditional love are offered to folks with disabilities!
