The annual siren test is today-September 8th at 11am. The emergency sirens within the 10-mile radius of the Beaver Valley Power Station will be activated. These outdoor warning sirens will sound for a steady 3 minutes. The only sirens that will be tested are the ones still active in East Liverpool City, St. Clair, Liverpool, and Middleton Twp.

Happy Labor Day, from all of us at the Village of East Palestine.

Our municipal office will be closed today, Monday, September 7th, and we will reopen tomorrow, Tuesday, September 8th, at 8AM.

The East Palestine American Legion Post 31 is working to restart the American Legion Auxiliary! Stop in at the American Legion at 140 North Walnut Street ANY Saturday or give them a call at 330-426-2131.

This is a reminder that the East Palestine Municipal Offices will be closed on Monday, September 7th and reopen on Tuesday, September 9th at 8AM for Labor Day.
