BEWARE of Florida notary “handbooks” and “primers” that are not issued by state-approved notary education providers. Only those providers approved by the Executive Office of the Governor are authorized to offer notary education in Florida. (The list of approved providers is here: https://www.flgov.com/eog/info/notary/education). Do not take advice from any self-proclaimed educator who is not approved by the State of Florida.
