A "Sweet" Wrap-Up to the Season!
The honey stand has officially been retired for the season! It’s been an amazing season watching 40 gallons of honey (about 480 lbs!) find its way into your homes. To everyone who bought one of our 600+ bottles: Thank you!

Where to find us now:
Since the stand is put away, any remaining mini bears will be sold by appointment. Just shoot me a DM if you're looking for some!

We’ll be monitoring the hives closely for a small June harvest, so stay tuned for updates.

If the bees need more time, our next full restock will be in October.
Thank you for supporting my bees! 🐝🍯

Nuc update - I just finished going through hives today. For nucs, we're looking at late May/early June for ready dates. If that works in your schedule, shoot me a message and I'll get you on my list.

Holy cow! 🐮 You guys are absolutely amazing!
We have officially sold through every single one-pound container. You all are keeping us (and the bees) very busy! 🐝✨
We are now down to our final stock until this coming Fall. Once these are gone, the shelves will be empty for a while! Here is what’s left:
52 Half-pound containers ($6)
17 Mini honey bears ($3)
The Inside Scoop: 🍯 There is a chance at a small spring run that might be ready by early summer if the weather stays on our side. I’ll be sure to keep you posted! (Selfishly, I’m rooting for it because spring honey is my absolute favorite! 😍)
Otherwise, this is it! We accept Cash, Venmo, or Credit Card at the stand. See you there! 👋

Spring is officially here! The flowers are blooming, and the hives are buzzing with activity. 🐝
Quick update on what’s in the stand:
I am down to my final 10 one-pound bottles. Once these are gone, we won’t have the 1lb size back in stock until the fall harvest!

The good news: I have plenty of 1/2lb bottles (and those cute mini bears!) ready to go. You get the same local honey for the same great value:

1lb Bottles: $12 (Only 10 left!)
1/2lb Bottles: $6

Same price per pound, just a different size. Grab your spring fix before the big bottles fly away! 🍯✨
See you at the stand!

Happy Spring! 🌷🌞
The apiary is officially abuzz! With these moderate temperatures and a bit of sunshine, "the girls" have finally been able to get out, stretch their wings, and do some housecleaning.
The best part? They’ve found their first taste of fresh pollen! While it’s not quite the bright orange we usually call "Cheeto legs," they are definitely sporting some stylish "pale cheddar" leggings today. 🧀🐝
This fresh forage is the ultimate signal that spring has arrived for the colony. Check out one of our hard workers tucked into a crocus right here at home!

The "February Hump" Update from the Apiary 🐝❄️
We popped the lids for a hive inspection this past Sunday to see how the girls are holding up.
The Report Card:
We are sadly down by one full colony and one nuc. However, all the other hives are still going strong!
The Challenge:
February is historically the hardest month for beekeeping here in Central WA. It’s the make-or-break time where strong hives survive and the weak ones struggle. We often get a "weather whiplash" - warm days followed immediately by freezing ones.
This season has been an extra challenge because of the mild temperatures. Mild weather means the bees are more active, which means they eat through their winter food stores much faster than we’d like. While everyone still looks to have ample food, I’ve added supplementary sugar feed (as seen in the photos) to help get them over this final winter hurdle.
Ironically, right now we are actually hoping for some cooler weather so they cluster up tight and conserve their energy!
🍯 HONEY UPDATE:
The self-serve yellow hive is currently stocked and available! Stop by any time to grab your bottles.
🐝 NUCS UPDATE:
Nuc availability is currently TBD. We are waiting to see exactly how the hives fare through this last bit of winter before making any promises. We will keep you posted!
Thanks for supporting local bees!

We've been busy around the apiary prepping the bees for winter and bottling all this beautiful honey! 🍯 The bottles are boxed up and ready for the Honey Box.
Now that the cold weather is here, stock might be kept a little lower in the stand itself, but be assured we have plenty to share! Just reach out if you need more than what's out there.
Would you believe I ran out of labels with 30 bottles to go? 🤦‍♂️ I’m also out of bottles with about 3 gallons left to pour! A beekeeper's work is never done.
Can’t wait to see you at the box. Thank you for your amazing support of my little hobby and the girls' hard work! 🐝

It's finally here! Honey bottles will be going out in the morning (Friday)!
You'll have a couple flavor options:
Wildflower (plain what you expect) honey
Goldenrod + wildflower honey

Goldenrod is one of those polarizing flavors. If it's for you, I have a limited run that you're welcome to snag. I won't tell you my thoughts about it, but take a glance through the Internet for others' opinions... Or form your own opinion.

See you at the honey box!

It's a wrap on the honey extraction! The bees have delivered.

Final haul: 40 gallons of liquid gold.

That's thanks to the tireless work of ~370,000 bees visiting nearly a billion flowers. No big deal. 😉

Bottling happens this week. I'll shout when it's ready for you! 🍯
