Today, following the passage of Chapter 65 of the Acts of 2026, Governor Maura Healey appointed three members to the newly restructured Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission.

The Governor’s Office has named:

Christopher Harding, Chair
Xiomara DeLobato, Commissioner
Anthony Wilson, Commissioner

The governor on Tuesday appointed Christopher Harding as chair of the new three-person CCC.

The order signed by the U.S. attorney general gives licensed medical ma*****na operators a major tax break and eases some barriers to researching cannabis.

Massachusetts lawmakers on Thursday passed "An Act Modernizing the Commonwealth's Cannabis Laws" - a bill that will change how ma*****na is regulated in the state.

The bill will become law if it signed by Gov. Maura Healey.

The bill will affect the Cannabis Control Commission and ma*****na possession limits in Massachusetts.
