Good afternoon!
The Recycle Centers will be closed on Saturday, January 31, 2026, and Sunday, February 1, 2026, due to severe weather conditions.
This closure is based on weather advisories issued by the National Weather Service and is for the safety of staff and the public.
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Good evening!
After monitoring the weather, it has been decided that Edgefield County Government offices will have a delayed opening at 10:00 AM Monday, January 26th.
Please continue to stay safe, and follow the Edgefield County Sheriff's Office and Edgefield County Emergency Management Agency for further updates.

At this month's County Council meeting, we recognized the full camp completers with a certificate and gift card during the Special Recognition.
The Nurses Honor Guard Tribute Ceremony Demonstration was honored with a resolution in their honor as part of the Guest Speakers.
Councilman Jerry Moody, Councilwoman Jackie Kennion, and Clerk to Council, Aretha Eubanks, completed the Institute of Government Level 1 Classes with graduation certificates
