Clash of Iron Soldiers 🥊🔥

Iron Soldiers assigned to 1st Battalion, 67th Armor Regiment, 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team stepped into the ring May 19, 2026, at Fort Bliss for the inaugural Dealer Fight Night event. 16 one‑on‑one rounds featured 32 volunteers, bringing families and Soldiers together for healthy competition, morale, and a display of courage and resilience. 💪

Passing the Colors: 93rd Military Police Battalion 🚨🚔

Leaders, Soldiers and families gathered at Fort Bliss today, May 28, as Lt. Col. Samantha Hoxha passed the battalion colors to Col. Delarius Tarlton, marking the official transfer of authority within the 93rd Military Police Battalion, Division Sustainment Brigade, 1st Armored Division. 🇺🇸

Lt. Col. Jacob Gutierrez then received the colors from Command Sgt. Maj. Robert Forsythe, symbolizing the trust placed in incoming leadership to guide, support and care for the battalion’s Soldiers.

The ceremony honored Lt. Col. Hoxha’s dedicated service and welcomed Lt. Col. Gutierrez as he assumes command and leads the battalion forward in support of the force.

Teamwork in Action at Iron Legion Field 🔥

Noncommissioned officers from the 1st Armored Division Sustainment Brigade gathered at Iron Legion Field for a scavenger ruck built around teamwork, communication and motivation. 💪

Teams of five rucked across Fort Bliss, stopping at each checkpoint to snap a group photo and push through the challenge together. The event strengthened camaraderie and cohesion outside the normal PT routine.

Fit‑to‑Fight: Mass‑Casualty Readiness 🩺🪖

Personnel assigned to the 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team strengthened their medical readiness during a fit‑to‑fight mass‑casualty exercise at Glebokie Forward Operating Site, Poland. 🇵🇱

Soldiers from the 4th Battalion, 70th Armor Regiment; 6th Squadron, 1st Cavalry Regiment; and the 501st Brigade Support Battalion coordinated to assess, treat and evacuate simulated casualties from the point of injury to a Role 2 medical facility. The training enhanced unit interoperability and ensured medical teams can respond rapidly and effectively during large‑scale combat operations. ⚡💪

U.S. Army Sgt. Gabriel Young, an indirect fire infantryman assigned to the 2nd Squadron, 13th Cavalry Regiment, 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division, was recognized as the Hero of the Game during Military Appreciation Night at Southwest University Park in El Paso, Texas, May 22, 2023. ⭐
