We can get your pets registered for staying on post along with the ability to check and read microchips on pets. We are not authorized to answer any medical questions regarding your pet over the telephone. If you feel that there is something wrong with your pet, please contact us to set up an appointment. We are by appointment only, walk-ins will be unable to be seen, sorry for the inconvenience.

Fort Bliss is home to roughly 30,000 soldiers, each with their own story to tell. Members of the 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division are bulldogs. Staff Sergeant Cody Chester is one of them.

In honor of #NationalDogDay today, Soldiers and military working dogs assigned to the 513th Military Police Detachment, 93rd Military Police Battalion, 89th Military Police Brigade, demonstrated some of their capabilities at the detachment’s K-9 kennel here Friday.
Spc. Harley Reno, who has worked as an Army military working dog handler for the past four years, said he couldn’t ask for a better job. “Every single day you come to work and your dog is super excited to see you, like you’re the best thing that ever happened to him,” Reno said. “It makes it fun to work with them.”

Staff Sgt. Killo Gibson, a public affairs Soldier assigned to 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division, provided this week's Fort Bliss Bugle with an update on the career of Sgt. Cody Chester, mascot for 3rd BCT. Not only does he have a new handler, but he has a recent promotion to celebrate and even got to attend a ball.
