Are you a gamer? The Theodore Johns Library offers a gamers club on the 3rd Saturday of each month. This month we meet on October 21st. Compete in the SmashBros Tournament, challenge your friends, and enjoy some snacks while you play. Players ages 13-18 are welcome to join the fun. There are several monitors for competition, and the final challenge is played up on the big screen! Bring your device and come have fun.

It's 2023 and we're starting off with out first Open Mic Poetry Event for the year! Adults and teens age 14+ are invited to come out to the Theodore Johns Library located on Fannett Rd. on the 4th Saturday of each month and share poetry with other artists. Poems can be original, or you can recite or read one of your favorite poets if you give them credit. Not ready to get up there yet? That's okay! We encourage audience members to attend. This is a casual, encouraging atmosphere with no harsh judgements or attitudes. No fees, just a night of enjoyment for everyone. January's event is on the 28th from 6:00PM-7:30PM.
Join us at the Main Library located downtown on Pearl St. every Tuesday at 10:30AM for our Little Artists Hour. Children ages 4-8 have the opportunity to use our art supplies and create whatever makes their little hearts happy!

Two classes are for adults, and there is one each for teens and children. You're never to young to begin learning! It's STEAM education that's fun! This month we meet on January 10th and January 24th at 4:30PM at the Theodore Johns Library on Fannett Rd.
Students in grades K-5th are invited to the Theodore Johns Library on Jan. 25th at 5:30PM for FFA Reading Buddies. The teens involved with their FFA Club are volunteering to read to and with area children. Reading aloud helps improve fluency, comprehension, and is just a lot of fun. We'll meet in the children's section, and homework help will be available, as well.

In this class, you will learn how to use and make fun paper to include in your journal. Space is limited, so call 866-9487 to check for availability!
Beginning in January, Community Health and the BPLS have teamed up to deliver help and information to patrons at all the libraries. Each Thursday they will at a different library offering their services to help people sign up for Medicare savings, CHIP, STAR, and SNAP. No registration is required.
Krafty Kids is a fun arts and crafts activity for kids ages 3-5, and 6-12. The Main Library, located downtown across from the Civic Center, always has something awesome planned for little hands to make and do. Stop by on Mondays at 3:30PM to check it out! NO CLASSES ON MONDAY, JAN. 2ND AND MONDAY, JAN. 16TH DUE TO HOLIDAY CLOSURES.

This month we meet on January 9th and January 23rd at 10:00AM at 4255 Fannett Rd. Come play!
Learn the basics at the Willard Library's computer classes. On Jan. 12th we're learning about Google basics. On Jan. 17th, we'll study the basics of computers. And on Jan. 31st we'll tackle internet basics. Registration in required, so call 892-4988 today to save your spot.
