Healthy Kids day was a smash. We all enjoyed demonstrations by the YMCA and the NWA had the opportunity to meet individuals interested in making their neighborhood at little safer. Thank you for coming out and we look forward to seeing everyone at our next event May 17th, @ the Ray Mickens football camp @ Andres High School 10 am-1 pm. See you then!

PRIDE DAY -- Please join the El Paso Police & Fire Department, Keep El Paso Beautiful along with the El Paso Police Foundation and the Citizen’s Advisory Board for this year’s Pride Day, Saturday, October 13, from 7:30am to 12 noon. Pride day is a city-wide clean-up event whereby volunteers and civic organizations do their part to make our hometown a cleaner, safer more beautiful place to live. Ideas include school and church yard cleanings or even coordinating with close neighbors for a street sweep.

This survey asks all citizens to provide suggestions and opinions on which goals the El Paso Police Department should direct their efforts over the next several years five specific areas (areas are Police Facilities and Regional Command Centers; Police Equipment; Police Personnel; Technology Upgrades; and Community Policing programs).

TXDPS - Help End Auto Theft

Up-coming events:
This Saturday will be the Neighborhood Watch Association’s General Membership Meeting, 11AM – 1PM, at the Pebble Hills Regional Command Center, 10780 Pebble Hills. Guest speakers will include representatives from the D.E.A.’s office as well as from the Homeless Coalition. Refreshments will be served.

Also, the El Paso Police Department Auto Theft Task Force and Westside Regional Command Police Explorers will team up with KFOX 92.3FM at 5426 N. Mesa, (9AM – 12NOON) to offer FREE vehicle identification etching onto the glass of the vehicle as well as registering your vehicle for the H.E.A.T. “Help End Auto Theft” program.
