501st kicked off the season with camaraderie and competition during the 1/1AD annual Turkey Bowl

On November 26, 2025, 501st showcase high energy and strong team spirit as they headed into the holiday season.
Between plays, Soldiers and families participated in organized games and activities across Biggs Field, reinforcing connection and resilience within the formation.
Unit leadership also served hot cocoa and snacks, adding a touch of warmth to the fall morning and underscoring their commitment to the team.

501st Support Battalion Demonstrates Excellence at NTC!

Soldiers of the 501st Support Battalion continue to distinguish themselves during operations at the National Training Center. Their professionalism, discipline, and commitment to excellence reflect the highest standards of the 1st Armored Division.

Each Soldier has played a critical role in sustaining mission readiness and ensuring the success of Ready First combat teams. The battalion’s performance exemplifies the dedication and competence expected of our formation.

Proud moment for the Provider family!

The 501st Brigade Support Battalion’s SSA has just earned the III Corps level Supply Excellence Award. This is a major accomplishment for an ABCT SSA operating at such a high operational tempo.

They are now being evaluated at the FORSCOM level, and we are all cheering them on as they push for the Department of the Army level award. No doubt about it, they are living up to the motto: Ready Support!

Rucking for the Iron Heroes: Honoring Legacy, Inspiring Pride

�On August 11, 2025, NCOs from the 501st Brigade Support Battalion honored the legacy of the Iron Heroes—Medal of Honor recipients—during a ruck march that combined physical challenge with powerful storytelling. At each station, Soldiers reflected on the courage of these heroes and shared how their legacies inspire the Provider family to carry the torch forward. Ready Support!

The Soldiers from 501st Brigade Support Battalion successfully executed a comprehensive Brigade Support Area exercise. This training event demonstrated their operational readiness, coordination with supported BNs, and building proficieny in collective battle tasks.

The mighty Prioviders worked tirelessly to establish, operate, and sustain critical support functions inside the Fort Bliss Training Area. From deploying the SSA, resupply missions, ROLE II Medical Care, Field Level Maintenance, Refuel on the Move, and Base Defense. Every Soldier showcased dedication, professionalism, and their commitment to support our fellow Soldiers on the battlefield.

Together, we continue to build strength, agility, and readiness for whatever challenges lie ahead to support the Ready First Combat Team.

CPT Victor Littleton featured on "Serving those Who Serve" segment on KTSM NBC El Paso! Representing the 1st Armored Division, the Ready First Combat Team, and all the Providers in the 501st BSB

CPT Littleton commanded Bandit Maintenance Company from JUN 2023 - NOV 2024, and currently serves as the 501st BSB Operations Officer (S3). His next assignment will take him to Fort Bragg, N.C this summer as he will be assigned to 2nd Security Force Assistance Brigade.

We are very proud of CPT Littleton and honored to serve with him in the 501st BSB!

The 501st BSB and Forward Support Companies completed Convoy Protection Platform Gunnery (CPPG) at Range 65 from 17-28 March 2025. While the gun crews were the stars of the show, the 501st BSB wants to recognize the incredible support team that made it all happen. Shout out to our Vehicle Crew Evaluators (VCEs), 89B Ammo specialists, Range Safety NCOs, Master Gunner (SFC Trent), the 68Ws Combat Medics who kept us healthy, and the 92Gs Culinary Specialist who kept us fed! And a huge congratulations to our Range OIC, 1LT Motes, on his promotion at Range 65!

Your relentless effort on the court, combined with unwavering sportsmanship, exemplifies the values of discipline, camaraderie, and excellence that define the Provider Battalion!
