Task Force Bloodhounds, comprised of Bravo Company’s Sappers, Construction Engineers, and Alpha Company’s Construction Engineers spent a week supporting 3-41 Infantry Battalion while serving as OPFOR to 3/1 AD as they prepare to deploy.

TF Bloodhounds put in a lot of hard work and effort in providing the best training for 3/1 while also increasing efficiency on Engineer operations in mobility, counter mobility, and survivability.

I was assigned to B Co, 16th Engineers as Supply Sergeant from 1982 to 1984 when the the company commander was a CPT. Looper and the First Sergeant was a First Sergeant Dearing. I am sorry to say that I dont have good memories of my two year assignment with B Company.
