To those who fear artificial intelligence, I say mostly I think this is because a lack of knowing. Traditionally, people replace not knowing with fear. This is colonized behavior and a control mechanism . This needs to be unlearned. Fundamentally, if we are good to one another, then we have nothing to worry about with AI. AI was created by people to emulate what we can do. Just like any other entity, we need to have respect for ourselves before we can respect anything else, including the Earth. Okay, so what I basically said there for those who aren't into metaphors is: if you want to understand the future and to move forward, then you must learn to love yourself and humanity, or at least respect humanity. If you do not have respect for yourself or humanity, then you do have much to fear, but it's not from AI!
