From Elizabeth Township to Elrama/Jefferson Hills and Mon City, residents deserve answers about data centers and Andrew Kuzma’s overlapping public and private roles.

Kuzma’s legal work for local governments, including Union Township, Elizabeth Borough, Forward Township, Jefferson Hills, and Monongahela, raises potential conflicts when municipal clients’ interests intersect with his responsibilities as our state representative.

Who is he representing in discussions about these developments? Has he advised any municipality involved? Does he have any related property or financial interests, and when would he recuse himself?

Residents deserve full disclosure, public accountability, and confidence that their representative is putting them first.

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to speak at the Allegheny-Fayette Central Labor Council canvass launch.

As a union member, I understand the importance of organized labor and the difference unions make for working people and their families.

My thoughts are with the 9 killed in Erie, including the two children, and the Philadelphia Police Department, where an officer was gunned down and another was shot 12 times. When our street turns into a killing fields that endanger our first responders and kids, there is a problem. Unfortunately, for the last four years, our current State Rep has missed over 740 votes because he doesn't value the vote you give him to keep our communities safe from violence. This isn't a political debate; it's absent leadership, and it's becoming deadly.

Congratulations

After a very long day and evening bargaining for a new successor agreement we are pleased to announce that the ATU Local 85 negotiating team has reached a Tentative Agreement with PRT.

We’d like to recognize ATU International Vice President, Ray Greaves, our legal council Joe Pass Jr & Skye McCollum for their efforts and assistance in reaching this new TA.

A special executive board meeting will take place some time early next week to review the new TA
Followed by a ratification meeting to be scheduled at a later date at which time the members will cast their vote.
