Councilmember Sergio Robles Sergio is a first-generation Mexican American. A former city commissioner, he served on the Elk Grove Planning Commission before being elected in 2022.

Beyond his civic involvement, Sergio proudly serves as a soldier in the CA National Guard. Robles for Elk Grove City Council District 4, 2022; FPPC ID #1449115

Thank you to PepsiCo for inviting me to speak. Rolling Remembrance is a powerful 14,000+ mile relay carrying a combat-flown American flag across the country to raise awareness and funds for the children of Gold Star families.

Praying over Chief Marzan’s Unit, Soldiers and Family. 🫡❤️

Our community mourns the loss of Chief Warrant Officer Three Robert M. Marzan, who gave his life in service to our nation. A proud 1989 graduate of Elk Grove High School, he will be remembered for his courage and sacrifice. We extend our deepest condolences to his family, friends, and fellow service members as we honor his life and service.

In honor of Chief Warrant Officer Three Marzan, the City of Elk Grove and Wilton Rancheria Tribal flags will be flown at half-staff until sunset on Thursday, March 12.
