Hydrant flushing will be conducted on Tuesday, August 18th and Wednesday, August 19th in the Village as routine maintenance of the water distribution system. During this time residents may experience water discoloration and low water pressure. This condition is not harmful. If discoloration occurs, please run cold water until it clears. Residents are advised to avoid doing laundry during this time. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to maintain quality and reliability of the water system.

To help protect our park, we kindly ask that bicycles, scooters and skateboards (including electric modes of transportation) be kept out of this area. All these items in the park can damage the playground surface, leading to costly repairs.

For everyone's safety, especially young children who play and walk here, bicycles and scooters can create a risk of collisions and injuries.

🎉 The Playground Is Finally Reopening! 🎉

The wait is ALMOST OVER! We're excited to welcome families back as the playground reopens on MONDAY EVENING, AUGUST 10, in time for Downtown Night!

Along with a refreshed space, visitors can enjoy brand-new play equipment, including swings, slides, climbing features, and interactive elements designed for children of all ages. The improvements create even more opportunities for fun, exploration, and active play.

***Please avoid walking on the newly planted grass by walking on the new beautiful sidewalks.

We can't wait to see everyone back at the playground!

The Village Park located on N Lake and E Rhine Streets is still CLOSED. The area is fenced and barricaded for everyone’s safety as the builders work to finish the project. Please respect the fence for your own safety and to not cause damage to the new concrete and equipment that is in the process of being installed.
