The Planning and Zoning Department is in the process of updating the code for signage in the City of Elkhart.

The city, in partnership with enFocus, is engaging with the business community and other residents to seek input on what they would like to see in the sign code updates. In-person discussion events held in June during which valuable feedback was collected from various stakeholders. For any member of the Elkhart business community or Elkhart resident who still wishes to share their perspective on the current sign code and the future ordinance update, there is another opportunity to provide feedback through a quick online survey.
