How important is this years election to you? If there is one thing that you could do to make sure that it is not invalidated would you do it!? Would those that are in position to handle the elections in each area… are they willing to to what they need to do they can ensure a fair and impartial election happens, would they do what they could to prevent a valid protest? These are the main things we really need to look at seriously right now. So we can adjust and ensure compliance is being followed when it comes to the Election Ordinance and Constitutional requirements. I know the 1st thing to recognize is that Elko for example has only one committee that has legitimate standing to hold the upcoming Elections because they were appointed by duly elected councilmen with Resolutions and minutes to prove their selection recognized as the Official Election Committee by a valid council. And that consists of these people Joan Whitney, Leah Brady, Elaine Serrano, Wanda Ike, Arvilla Conetah, and Carla Knight. These people are the ONLY ones who have been appointed by a Officially recognized Valid Council. All that is needed is for a properly seated CFR Judge to swear them in so they can assume the duties of the election committee legally with their Oath Of Offices signed and sealed. With confirmation by the administrator identifying them as Elko Band election committee. If they aren’t the ones conducting Elko’s elections that is a valid protest. All others are not legal because the council that is seated now has been found to be unconstitutional.

ELections is what is on my mind. And the reason why the old council should have never been able to stay in power. BIA was behind the scenes collaborating with the Holley group but yet refusing to put it in writing for Elko Band. So these are also the reasons why the next elections will not be valid unless we as members step up and agree that since there are not a single member of all councils being official. We cannot recognize their actions as being legal. Since the tribe has not addressed or created a forum to handle such instances we need to exercise our constitutional right and assume the power to select our community election committees and recognize them as who we are acknowledging as official because of our councils being recognized as unconstitutional. Having the CFR Judge to swear in all committee members so they can assume their duties officially and conduct credible elections will be the only way to avoid further election interference. By both parties. They have figured out the game. Hold out and stay on council. We have never held elections on a Saturday. This would invalidate Elko bands elections. Plus the current election committee is also unconstitutional because they were appointed by an unconstitutional council. The last official and constitutional council was under Chairman Jay Allison. That was the last committee that was selected by a legal governing body. All they need is to be sworn in by a judge. Danena lied to the tribe when she said they quit. The following is what did occur. While trying to ensure the legitimacy of our council so that if and when they took Holley on in court our council would be solid. Upon the research of myself and others the year prior we knew that Biers was not qualified to be a Judge and we also knew that he was party to extorting Elko Band for dispensary monies by assuming ownership of Elko Bands buildings. How could anyone see him as being an ethical judge?

After 3 years the BIA has finally agreed in writing that Biers and Hayes are not recognized Judges for the Tribe therefore rendering Danena Ike’s Councils unconstitutional. Jay Allison and Chauna Cota have not resigned nor been legally removed. They need to call for a meeting immediately and formerly charge and remove Danena Ike for stepping outside her scope of authority and subverting the legal and duly elected councilmen of whom shared the table with her all for her political gain. She cannot be allowed to continue what she has been doing on both councils and what she has been doing with dispensary monies that belong to the people.

Feb. 8, 2022 Elections - Vincent Garcia or Angie Quintana WERE NOT successful candidates. How can they be recognized as our Te-Moak Chairperson and Te-Moak Council Member when they AREN'T sitting on the SF Band Council that BIA supposedly recognizes? LaCourts Decision is a contradicting joke
