There seems to be some confusion. We have items such as tables and chairs available to rent but only for events on grounds. We DO NOT do off property rentals.

As requested.... A list of upcoming events put on by the Elko County Fair and its Caretakers.

The 2023 Elko County Fair is August 24th - September 4th. We have some exciting things in the works for this year!

PLEASE NOTE: These do not include the plethora of events that are put on by other organizations here at the Elko County Fairgrounds. This is ONLY what we personally put together. If you have any questions or are interested in information about these or any other events, feel free to message us at anytime throughout the year.

Photos don’t do it justice 🤍 Thank you everyone who came out to our 2nd annual Angel Tree Lighting Ceremony. This tree will be lit throughout the entire holiday season. 😇 We hope it provides some comfort and honors your loved ones.

Big thank you to the Elko County Fairboard for supporting us and making this possible. United Rentals for donating the lift to decorate this tree. Jake Eary Memorial Rodeo for your generous donation to make this special tree happen. And Cashman CAT for helping us power up the tree.

We are still planning for SafeGrounds with Trick or Treat Street today!!!!! 4pm to 8pm!!!

FREE admission, bounce houses (weather permitting), hay rides, and trick or treat street.

We’ll have delicious food from Kingdom Grub NV and Nuts Under a Buck - Mini Donuts! And the most talented Cheeky Doodles! Pumpkins are still for sale at our pumpkin patch 🎃 And the adorable train ride! 🚂

Their partnership and support has made it possible to wave the entry fee for every guest!
