Pumpkin Scones Baking Class! What better way to celebrate fall than learning how to make and bake pumpkin scones (and save money by baking your own)? Cast Iron Skillets Class! Join us Tuesday, September 22, 5:00 p.m., for a hands-on, interactive session about cast-iron skillets. You'll learn how to clean, season, and cook with them. Whether you're new to cast iron or looking to bring an old pan back to life, this class is for you. It will give you the skills and confidence to make cast iron a lasting part of your kitchen. You'll also explore its health benefits, history, and how to care for it so it lasts for generations. at the Todd County Extension Office, 240 Pond River Road, Elkton. Participants Needed for Move to Connect

Move to Connect is an eight-session educational program that helps adults strengthen social connections, build healthy relationships, and improve well-being through creative movement activities, reflection, and group discussion. Participants strengthen practical skills such as communication, empathy, resilience, and relationship building while fostering a greater sense of belonging.

The program will be on Fridays at 10:00 a.m. on the following dates:
September 25; October 2, 9, 16, 23, 30; November 13 and 20.

Junior Homemakers will be starting back September 17! Join Todd County Homemakers on September 17 at 9:30 a.m. or after school (approximately 3:30 p.m.) to make No-Sew Fleece Blankets. The Todd County Community Baby Shower is next week! New and expectant mothers are invited to the Todd County Community Baby Shower, Thursday, September 3, 2026, 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., at the Todd County Extension Office, 240 Pond River Road, Elkton.

Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. From 5:30-6:15, participants will have time to visit with vendors (light meal provided during this time); Dr. Danielle Foster will speak at 6:15; then we will wrap up with door prizes (must be present to win) at 6:45.
