Glen Echo Historic Home and Grounds

Glen Echo Historic Home and Grounds King George III of England granted this property to the Bird Family in 1771.

The Birds, who lived before the Revolutionary War, lived in the same house you see there now and are buried on the grounds in the family cemetery.
