Our very own Mental Health Clinic is pleased to announce a Mental Health Awareness 5k and resource fair on May 29th.This event is dedicated to raising awareness for Mental Health Awareness Month. This 5k also serves as a resource fair, with on and off-base agencies to provide support and information.

📢 Important Clinic Hour Change for the 28th Medical Group 📢

In support of our readiness mission, the 28th Medical Group at Ellsworth Air Force Base will be closed on May 20, 2026. This is to ensure our medics are always prepared to provide the highest quality care.

Please note the following temporary closure:
***Wednesday, May 20, 2026: Closed all day.***

For non-emergencies or urgent care concerns, please call the Nurse Advice Line at 1-800-874-2273 for 24/7 access to a registered nurse.

The 28th Medical Group will be closed this Monday, February 16th for Presidents Day. We will continue normal operations Tuesday, February 17th.

The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on Jan 30, 2026. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status. If you have a medical emergency, call 911. Update: Our clinic front door has been repaired, and the ScriptCenter is fully operational again. Beneficiaries may now access ScriptCenter 24/7, as normal.
