For years Midwest Rescue Airboats researched and developed to bring to our customers, Reinforced Hull Patent 8,757,085. We are known for our unique building of airboats; however, during our last 4 years of service, my husband Matt critiqued and worked this Hull Patent into a multiuse hull for other applications such as Jetboats, RSDV Shallow Water Draft, Artic & Military operations.
It has been a great pleasure and honor to have built for our clients a hull that out survived all others and brought successful rescues to their communities. We specifically added floatation pockets for the ease of adding required floatation as well as Ballistics and with the addition of stabilizers this hull is ready for Jetboat, RSDV Shallow Water Draft, Military and upcoming Arctic operations.
We have retired and our Reinforced Hull Patent 8,757,085 is for sale. Accompanying the purchase of our Reinforced Hull Patent are all necessary CAD files; Vector & DXF, 3D Designs, and Forming for ease of reproduction.

After years of being the elite builder of Commercial Grade Rescue Airboats, Midwest will no longer be building complete outfitted airboats and is focusing on building our hulls for there are clients who have been waiting for us to make our hulls available to them for use in the following applications: inboard/outboard jon boats, workboats, airboats, jet boats, RSDV Shallow Draft and US Navy and US Army. CONGRATULATIONS to Muscoda Joint Fire Rescue on their 20ft MMCP HDX Flo-Max LF2 hull! We recently delivered and trained them on this important piece of equipment to prepare them for any extreme situation. Here's to many successful rescues! We are so excited on the overwhelming response this hull has received and to all the future customers in line to receive theirs!
Recently we were informed about a "pending" USCG requirement of floatation for ALL boat builders! Good thing, as usual we "stepped out of the box" and implemented this important feature in ALL our boats! Another documentation we wanted to make so when the copycats attempt to copy, once again....REMEMBER who is the TRUE designer of this boat and all it entails! YOU SAW IT HERE FIRST!!!

Who would have thought that 30 years ago when my husband Matt first delved into building and experimenting with airboats that his vision would lead to the establisment of Midwest Rescue Airboats in 2007, a Reinforced Patent 8,757,085 would be awarded in 2014 and our boats would become known as the most reliable and successful hulls on the market today! To celebrate this proud and tremendous accomplishment, Midwest hulls are available for sale! This revolutionary hull design is perfect for all Commercial, Military Ops/applications. These patented hulls are available in 18-28' lengths, specially configured for airboats, jet boats and outboards. These HDX hulls also come equipped with Flo-Max Level Flotation Extreme Technology. The Flo-Max hull is a combination of sealed compartments filled with foam billets that can be sized to accommodate ballistic panels of multiple layers, while maintaining flotation well beyond government standards. Midwest Rescue Airboats is proud to announce that our 2023 models of our HDX hull with Flo-Max LFX2 Technology are now available. The first two of these are 8' x 20' models to be delivered in November and December, with 2 more following in 24' lengths! These models are the first from our GENXI advanced hull structure based on the highly successful hull patent 8,757,085! Our Flo-Max Technology is a standard in all Midwest hulls including our jetboats providing level floatation well beyond government standards and can be easily adaptable to multi layered ballistics! The floatation foam is hull integrated for protection and longevity. Not only is this another "first" from Midwest, but one that will replace the outdated and vulnerable fiberglass skirt style foam floatation collars of the past! These boats are equipped with our new SCAD Clearview cabin design which has dramatically enhanced visibility to crews. The roomy dash design compliments the new shock mitigating seating which gives a comfortable ride with less fatigue. Midwest started out with our two-piece angled windshield which was ridiculed by others who ended up using in their product. Since Midwest is a company that stands on their unique designs without the need to copy from other manufactures, we moved away from this outdated design to our new!
