Funny? Yes! Horribly inaccurate? Also yes. The truth is bail is not a nationwide system with federal checks and balances, it is a state a county wide system with distinct rules and regulations to those areas. It is true some bad apples have certainly spread a bad light on the practice of bail bonds I.E. Dog the bounty hunter. However in whole there is a large misconception of what bail bondsmen do for the people who are less fortunate and for the community as a whole.
