We’re almost halfway to our goal of helping our friends stay in their home!

After luring them in with below-market rent around the holidays last year, Quadrel has now given one couple a 30% increase in base rent, equalling over $300 a month more in costs. After they tried negotiating the total increase down to something more affordable, Quadrel was only willing to bring down the increase by $50. Now, these community members are at risk of losing their home. We are fundraising to cover $150/month, which is the amount the family needs to be able to afford to remain in their unit and prevent displacement.
