Watch for a bit of snow through midday, especially NW of I-95 - roads are cold now, and any pavement accumulations can cause slippery roads. Accumulations likely stay less than an inch where they do occur. Temps rise above freezing after any snow ends in the early afternoon.

The holiday shopping season is upon us. As your Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals are arriving to your residences, so do the porch pirates. Porch pirates are those seeking the easily found treasure that is your packages. Every year around this time, we get reports of stolen packages. Here are some useful tips to prevent the theft of your packages.

-Have a neighbor or friend retrieve your package if you will not be home.
- Schedule delivery on a date that you know you will be home. Many delivery services offer this feature.
- Have your items delivered to your place of employment.
- Take advantage of delivery lockers when practical.
- Use security cameras to monitor your residence when you are away.
- Request or leave a note for the delivery driver to place your package in a particular area of your property.
- Track your package and sign up for delivery alerts when possible.
- Call us if you see any suspicious activity in your neighborhood. Don't question whether you are bothering us or if we have better things to do. Just call!

As we begin to see more snow please remember this important driving tip: The automatic headlight control in vehicles detects brightness outside the vehicle with an Illuminance sensor which activates when light picked up by the sensor drops below a certain level. This does not activate because of snow or rain, so please use your headlights manually for safety while driving in these weather conditions.

Good morning! The cold air has arrived and some flakes of snow may soon follow! It will be a blustery day with highs mostly in the 30s but winds gusting 25 to 35 mph making it feel a good 10-15 degrees colder. Also, lake effect flurries and snow showers have been ongoing across portions of central and western PA and as we head into the day today, some of these are likely to make it into eastern PA beginning this morning. It’s even possible some of these could briefly be on the heavier side especially across portions of Chester County north through the Lehigh Valley into the southern Poconos. Be alert for rapidly changing visibility and slippery roads!
