My public service journey began in 2017 when I was elected to
the Fair Oaks Ranch City Council. I served three terms (2017–2025) on the Fair Oaks Ranch City Council, including multiple years as Mayor Pro Tem. During that time, I helped lead key initiatives in infrastructure development, strategic planning, and community engagement. I continue to serve as President of the Municipal Development District. In 2018, Governor Greg Abbott appointed me as a Commissioner on the Texas Veterans Commission. I was honored to be appointed as Chairwoman in 2020 and reappointed in 2024. In this role, I oversee efforts to advocate for and provide services to over 1.5 million veterans in Texas. My commitment to public service is rooted in a desire to make a tangible difference in the lives of others, guided by principles of integrity, accountability, and dedication.
