My public service journey began in 2017 when I was elected to

the Fair Oaks Ranch City Council. I served three terms (2017–2025) on the Fair Oaks Ranch City Council, including multiple years as Mayor Pro Tem. During that time, I helped lead key initiatives in infrastructure development, strategic planning, and community engagement. I continue to serve as President of the Municipal Development District. In 2018, Governor Greg Abbott appointed me as a Commissioner on the Texas Veterans Commission. I was honored to be appointed as Chairwoman in 2020 and reappointed in 2024. In this role, I oversee efforts to advocate for and provide services to over 1.5 million veterans in Texas. My commitment to public service is rooted in a desire to make a tangible difference in the lives of others, guided by principles of integrity, accountability, and dedication.

Grateful to attend the Texas Economic Development Corporation holiday reception at the Governor’s Mansion.

As Chairwoman of the Texas Veterans Commission, it was great to join partners committed to strengthening Texas’ economy and expanding opportunity for Texans, including our veteran workforce.
