Caring Is Doing For Others Meeting Needs! Giving Hope to a Fresh Start. Did you know that domestic violence is one of the leading causes of homelessness?

When a woman leaves an abusive relationship with limited resources, she often has no place to go. Yes, there are places that assist women and their families with counseling, temporary housing, and jobs. But, we at Caring Is Doing for Others will provide women with basic items such as small kitchen appliances, dishes, cookware, and food for their new homes. Recipients must be referred by a women's

shelter. We provide food, clothing and personal items to survivors of domestic abuse that are living on the streets, in shelters, and transitioning from shelters to a life free of abuse.
