A group of community members took action on their own accord and contacted the Postmaster of Oakton Post Office to see if they could do some clean up work. Merrifield Garden Center even heard about it and donated a few truck loads of mulch! With the assistance of the American Legion, flag was replaced and is flying again. Goes to show you what can happen when people see a problem and volunteer to fix it. Our community rocks! #USPS #GoodConnectsUs #GCU #CommunityAction
