CONTRACT AWARD - OCTOBER 1, 2020

HCI has been awarded a Prime contract supporting the NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville Advance Traceability and Control Program (ATAC) Warehouse Support Services Contract.

HCI will provide Advanced Traceability and Control (ATAC) warehouse support services, commonly referred to as "ATAC" is the Navy's first logistics pipeline to truly couple logistics and transportation into a single physical distribution system. Essentially a hub and spoke operation in which Depot Level Repairables (DLR’s) are collected and consolidated at satellite locations, known as nodes, where fleet activities are concentrated. The consolidated DLR's are transported to one of two hubs where the individual DLR's are forwarded to be repaired or stowed to the appropriate Depot Overhaul Point/Depot Storage Point (DOP/DSP). FLC Jacksonville is a satellite node.

Place of performance will be at Mayport and Jacksonville, Florida with a Period of Performance of a base year and 4 Option Years.

CONTRACT AWARD - SEPTEMBER 10, 2020

HCI has been awarded a Prime contract supporting the GSA 4th Party Logistics (4PL) Retail Operations Support Services Contract. HCI will provide support to retail store operations, inventory receipt/checkout functions, material management, analytical support, logistic program management services and support supply chain management system, related analytical support, and administration support services.

Place of performance will be at 71 GSA Retail Operations Stores in the Contiguous United States (CONUS) and Outside Contiguous United States (OCONUS) locations within 25 States plus, Guam, Japan, and Korea. Period of performance is a base year and 4 Option Years, this contract represents the largest Prime direct labor contract in the company’s history.

CONTRACT AWARD - JUNE 15, 2020

HCI has been awarded a Prime contract supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs SDC Material Handling Service Contract single award IDIQ. HCI will provide management and personnel to perform material handling services and warehouse support services at the SDC facility. The services include, but are not limited to, the following:


- Physical receipt of incoming materials in the form of both parcels and freight
- Placement of materials into assigned warehouse locations
- Selection, packing, and shipping of materials to fulfill customer orders
- Loading/unloading of outgoing materials


The two operations contained within the 350,000 sq. ft. SDC warehouse facility are:


a. Enterprise Distribution Operations Section (EDOS) is a storage-focused warehouse operation that provides a storage place and distribution for various supplies, such as, but not limited to, flags, forms, x-ray film, and publications. These items are shipped to veterans and various organizations across the United States.


b. Healthcare Equipment Distribution Operations Section (HDOS) is a faster pace, Just-in-Time warehouse operation supplying health care commodities, for various programs such as the Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) program.


The contract has a period of performance of one year base period with 4 Option Years located at Hines, Illinois.

HCI has been awarded a subcontract (part of the winning team) under US Army Training Support Center (ATSC) Training Support Systems Enterprise (TSS-E) Mission Support Services Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (MAIDIQ) contract to provide Range Support Services located at Fort Benning, Georgia. The Period of Performance of (PoP) is one Base year and 4 Option Years.


HCI will provide Range Maintenance Support, Range Administration/Status Reporting, and Maintenance Support services for the Range Division, DPTMSEC, Fort Benning, Georgia. The Range Division manages the training ranges, training lands, and training facilities that measures approximately 181,000 acres of land with 12,500 acres of cantonment area; 16,000 acres of dud areas; 142,000 maneuver training acres; and 10,500 acres of ranges and exclusion areas. Fort Benning has 87 live-fire ranges; 34 artillery/mortar-firing points; 300 training areas; and 44 training facilities/sites.

These ranges provide support to MCoE Programs of Instruction (POI) activities, tenant units, visiting United States (U.S.) Forces Command (FORSCOM) and U.S. Special Operations Command (SOCOM) units, Reserve and National Guard units and law enforcement agencies. The daily training mission at Fort Benning is 123 events.

5. Attend to IT issues.

6. Attend meetings with customers to be able to determine requirements and customer initiatives that will impact GSA support for that customer.

Qualifications:
