There is still time to register for City of Fairhope’s Kids Summer Camp! Next week is: Wilderness Camp! ⛺️

Wilderness camp is a great opportunity for your child to be one with nature! Your child will get to walk trails, learn archery, and practice their fishing skills! This year, camp will be taking place at Flying Creek Nature Preserve! Register today for memories of a lifetime.

Hello everyone, due to increase in injuries and vandalism within Volanta Park, we kindly ask that all rideable equipment (scooters, bikes, skateboards, etc.) be left at home or in your vehicle when arriving to the park!

We would like for this rule to be followed due to a recent incident of children riding their bikes on the baseball fields while it was raining! 🌧️

Looking for a fun opportunity for your child to stay active over the Summer? ☀️

Then check out our Kids Summer Camps! Each week will involve a different sport for your child to improve their skills! The camps are led by Fairhope High School coaches and players. The golf and tennis camp is led by our City professionals!

You have a few more weeks to sign up, so submit the forms as soon as possible! Each camp is $60 and payment is taken at the Fairhope Recreation Center!

New News! 🗞️

The April-June ☀️ edition of the 2026 Parks and Recreation Newsletter was sent out to the public in April. However, to try and keep as many citizens as updated as possible with what’s going on, we will continue to upload the newsletter on our social media as well!

Wondering what this new building is at Volanta? 🏠

We have built new bathrooms in-between the 5U, 6U, and 7U fields! ⚾️

This building will keep players, parents, and coaches from having to run all the way back to the concession stand to use the restroom! We are excited to have these nearly complete. The hopeful goal is to have them completed before the upcoming all-star tournaments!
