Thoughtfully written and carefully designed, these 12 Help Me Be Healthy brochures sequentially focus on the needs of prenatal and postpartum mothers, infants, and children through age five. Brochures are available in both English and Spanish. Help Me Be Healthy serves the education needs of parents, caregivers, and children in 39 states, Washington, DC, several Tribal Nations, and the US Military Overseas.
