Is the Tricare website currently down? I am getting this message on multiple devices when I go to tricareonline.com: www.tricareonline.com is currently unable to handle this request.
Tricare, Jack Aycoth needs Lorbrena to treat his cancer. Due to your guidelines administered by Express Scripts, he is being denied this medication. Their rationale, simply because he isn’t 18?😳 Jack wants an opportunity to live to be 18! Did you hear that? Your actions and your rules may prevent that! All other medications that are approved have failed Jack. Give him a chance, approve his medication! #jackstrong
Do better Tricare, do better. No child deserves to be in pain or to die for your bottomline.
I am so frustrated with Tricare! I’m trying to get ABA Services for my son on the spectrum and Tricare keeps telling me they are not receiving the necessary information on the referral request from my son’s prImary doctor and his doctor is telling me they have faxed Tricare that information!! I’m getting the feeling that Tricare does not care about my son who is in desperate need of the help ABA therapy will provide to him. This is just ridiculous!!!
3 hours later, i finally get logged into Tricare!
Having a 6 month ongoing issue with Tricare West. I am the sponsor, My husband has spent countless hours on the phone trying to get an approved procedure paid for his special needs daughter. Have been getting the run around to include different answers from customer service agents in the same office within minutes of each other. We need to maintain a good relationship with the hospital for future procedures, and they are getting understandably frustrated. We have been told numerous times this would be resolved, only to end up back at square one. Who can we call to get this fixed???? And again, many many calls to various levels of Tricare West already made!
Will Tricare for life cover my diabetes supplies?
2 weeks ago i called you guys about a problem i was having signing in to my online tricare account, all log in info for my family is saved on my phone and laptop, i couldn't understand why with this info being saved i was getting invalid log in message, they deactivated my account and my husbands and i had to start a whole new account, now all 3 of us are getting this error message, WHY, why is it after being told tech support would call me i still haven't been called, why is it that after calling and being told i was being transferred to tech support your agent disconnects the call, can someone please tell me WHY
Is Tricare going to start charging retirees in 2021? And dependants?
How do I get to talk to someone? Need info as husband passed and I wonder if bebefits stay the same.
Please explain to admin that they need to do better. The decisions they make effect the physical/mental health of veterans and families. What baffles me me is that they want us to drive an hour away and wait a month before seeing a neurosurgeon. Two neurosurgeons have indicated emergent surgery. This has to do with a spinal injury/deterioration. The hold is all because of an admin decision not in the best interest of the patient. Please do better by the patients and taxpayers who pay your salaries.
I will turn 65 in March of 2021. Rather than Tricare (Select) being my primary, will it become my supplemental?
