PSA - Dogs on Beaches

With May beginning this weekend, Falmouth Animal Control wanted to remind residents that dogs ARE NOT allowed on public beaches from MAY 1st to OCTOBER 1st!

This includes walking dogs on public beaches to access private beaches and leaving dogs in cars in public beach parking lots.
Service dogs due to a disability only are permitted on town public beaches.

Gucci is a 4 to 6 year old, tan and white microbully that weighs about 30 lbs. He is under the care of Falmouth Animal Control after being found as a stray in Falmouth. He did have a microchip, so a past owner was found and was able to give this cute guy a name. Gucci does not like cats but seems to like most of the dogs he has met at the shelter. He is more comfortable with women than men but does love having people pet him. He also loves to play with tennis balls. We are advertising him on behalf of Animal Control. If you’d like to meet Gucci, call 508-548-7742 and we will pass along your name and number to the ACO Officers.
