PSA - Dogs on Beaches

As many know, dogs are now allowed on beaches again.
However, dogs must remain on leash at all times per the Town of Falmouth Bylaws.

We have gotten a few complaints with owners allowing their dogs to roam off leash or allowing their dog to defecate in a public area without picking it up. The town bylaws also state owners must clean up after their pets.

We understand many enjoy the beaches with their dogs, but please follow the town bylaws - restrain and pick up after your dogs.

These laws do not pertain to service dogs under the owner's control.
