You Are Doing Better Than You Think.
Some days, doing your best looks like accomplishing everything on your to-do list.
Other days, it looks like simply getting out of bed, making one phone call, showing up to work, or finding enough strength to keep going.
Your best will look different from day to day; and that's okay.
To the parents who are running on empty but still packing lunches, wiping tears, making appointments, reading bedtime stories, showing up for school events, and loving their children through sheer exhaustion: we see you.
You may not feel like you're doing enough, but your presence matters more than perfection ever could.
Give yourself the same grace you so freely extend to those you love. You were never meant to pour from an empty cup, and yet so many parents do every single day.
Today, if all you can do is your best with what you have, let that be enough.
Because "doing your best" doesn't mean doing it all, it means showing up with the capacity you have today.
Be gentle with yourself. You're carrying more than anyone else can see.
