Behavioral Analysis and Crisis Management A specialized division of BICA focused on behavioral profiling and the support of those in crisis. Her ideas led to our establishment.

HISTORY
Behavioral Analysis and Crisis Management formerly known as Chaplains on Call and Emergency Response, Inc was formed on March 22nd, 2016, it was operated by independent chaplains in the State of Minnesota; starting off with our former chief of chaplaincy, who operated solely as an Islamic chaplain with initial plans for an all Islamic chaplaincy but later changed them to an all-inclusive o

peration. Her idea was to create an organization that would promote and build interfaith relations while providing spiritual care to all individuals regardless of faith. She saw the need for interfaith education and tolerance was critical in our society more than ever. The chaplaincy was relocated and registered with the State of North Dakota on June 13th, 2019 as a non-profit operating officially as a team of chaplains. Now we have moved toward a biop, focused on behavioral analysis and mental health as our primary and chaplaincy as a secondary on a needed basis, this change occurred through the consultation with our former chief of chaplaincy and administration. CAUSE FOR ESTABLISHMENT
Due to a high number of clergy by various faith traditions discriminating against couples that are in*******al, of different faiths traditions, LGBTQ, the rise of radicalism and mental health crises. Chaplains on Call and Emergency Response, Inc expanded its operations to a broader spectrum; now with the merge of CCER and Operation Jayde, the establishment of Behavioral Analysis and Crisis Management is here to serve on the same principles. INTRO
