Thank you Farmers Branch City Hall for keeping our community informed and helping residents better understand why this is happening.
With temperatures reaching 108 degrees, the extreme heat is putting additional stress on our aging water infrastructure. Our Public Works crews are also out there working in that same heat to make repairs and restore water service as quickly as possible.
A huge thank you to our Public Works team for continuing to work hard for our residents under very difficult conditions.
As frustrating as these water issues can be, please remember to give our crews a little grace as they work to get everything resolved safely and as quickly as they can.
And to our Public Works employees, please stay safe, stay hydrated, and know that your hard work is appreciated!
Farmers Branch is an established community with deep roots-and that includes our water infrastructure.
The City is committed to delivering reliable water service today while building for a stronger tomorrow.
We understand that seeing water leaks can be frustrating.
Please know your City is doing everything possible with the resources available-today and every dayโto maintain our system and deliver the quality service our community deserves.
Thank you for your patience.
