We have confirmed a location for a cooling center through Friday of this week. All are welcome.

Tuesday, August 4 through Friday, August 7
📍 Rooted Church City Center
613 S. College Ave., Fayetteville
🕙 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Whether you need to cool down for a few minutes or spend several hours indoors, you're welcome to stop by.

If you're spending time outdoors, working outside, experiencing issues with air conditioning, or simply need a break from the heat, we encourage you to stop in.

Guests are welcome to bring pets. City staff will provide a limited number of outdoor kennels in a shaded area for pets while their owners use the cooling center. Staff will regularly check the kennels and ensure water is available throughout the day.
