PIE IN THE PARK--the park we have only because of the years of work by the Forestville Planning Association which needs money for its upkeep. Lucy had the idea for a yearly fundraiser to fill that need and here we are after the work of many volunteers to make it happen. We are SO LUCKY.

Pie Day in the Park was a Happy Day, to be savored. After the several pieces of pie went down the hatch, I noticed the kids who seemed to be tickled pink to be in a COMMUNITY centered on togetherness and play and PIE.
