Today, Brigadier General Troy Denomy, Deputy PAE Maneuver Ground, officially presented the PM SL charter to Colonel Joshua Headley. 🎖️

We are especially excited for this transition as Colonel Headley has previously served within PM SL. His prior experience and dedication to the mission make him an exceptional fit to lead our ongoing efforts. We are thrilled to welcome Colonel Headley and his family back to the PM SL team and look forward to the continued advancement of our lethality and readiness initiatives under his leadership.

SELFRIDGE AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, MI (June 18, 2026) – Brigadier General Troy M. Denomy stands with Colonel Denny D. Dresch during an Assumption of Charter ceremony. 🎖️

This ceremony marks the official assumption of charter for Project Manager Mobile Brigade Combat Team (PM MBCT). We are thrilled to welcome Colonel Dresch back to the CPE Ground family as he assumes his duties as the first leader of PM MBCT. 🤝🇺🇸

This new organization will provide our Soldiers with a decisive overmatch by rapidly delivering adaptive tactical capabilities that ensure our men and women in uniform are more mobile, lethal, and effective! 💪🪖⚙️

FORT BELVOIR, Va. (June 24, 2026) — Colonel James A. Lindh II, Project Manager Soldier Survivability, stands alongside outgoing and incoming leadership during a dual Change of Charter ceremony at Fort Belvoir. 🇺🇸

The ceremony marked the official transfer of authority for Product Manager Soldier Protective Equipment (PM SPE) from Lieutenant Colonel Kenneth P. Elgort to Lieutenant Colonel Lynn N. Jones II, and for Product Manager Soldier Clothing and Individual Equipment (PM SCIE) from Lieutenant Colonel Austin J. Banford to Lieutenant Colonel Jamin D. Williamson. 🎖️🤝

Under PM , both product offices remain strategically vital to equipping the Joint Force with modernized, lethal, and survivable gear. 🪖
