Constable Patrick Quincy - Fort Bend County Precinct 4 is proud to invite our community to our 4th Annual Back 2 School Backpack & School Supplies Giveaway on Saturday, July 18.

This free community event is designed to help local students start the school year prepared and confident. Families can enjoy free backpacks, school supplies, haircuts, train rides, face painting, arts & crafts, and more while supplies last.

Supporting our students means investing in the future of our community, and we are honored to continue this tradition of serving the families of Precinct 4.

My heartfelt condolences go out to the family, friends, and the men and women of the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office following the tragic loss of Deputy Erika Serrato.

Every line of duty death is a heartbreaking reminder of the sacrifices our law enforcement officers make each day in service to their communities. We mourn alongside you and honor Deputy Serrato’s courage, dedication, and commitment to protecting others.

Please keep Deputy Serrato’s loved ones and the entire Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office in your thoughts and prayers during this incredibly difficult time.

One of the greatest parts of serving Precinct 4 is working alongside other elected leaders who are committed to making a difference in the lives of our residents.

This summer, Constable Patrick Quincy - Fort Bend County Precinct 4 and judgekeishatsmith are hosting events to help local students prepare for the upcoming school year.

Our office will host our 4th Annual Back 2 School Backpack & School Supplies Giveaway on Saturday, July 18, providing backpacks, school supplies, free haircuts, train rides, face painting, and more for local families.

The week before, Judge Keisha K.T. Smith will host her 3rd Annual School Supply Drive & Resource Fair on Saturday, July 11, connecting families with school supplies, valuable resources, and fun activities for children.

These events share a common purpose: supporting our students, strengthening our families, and investing in the future of our community.
