Dombroski who passes on the command to LTC Michael E. Szczurowski. The 404th Civil Affairs Battalion, Airborne, extends a special thank you to the family, friends, and special guests for their support and attendance at this important event for the Battalion!

This past weekend, the 1st Mission Support Command supported the 404th Civil Affairs Battalion, Airborne, 352nd Civil Affairs Command, U.S. Army Civil Affairs & Psychological Operations Command (Airborne) while they were at Camp Santiago Training Area to train on their mission essential tasks, including conduct expeditionary deployment operations, while also conducting airborne missions. 🪂🪖

In recognition of their efforts, medical personnel from the received coins and awards from U.S. Army Lt. Col. Aaron Dombroski, the 404th CA BN commander. 🥳🤝

During July Battle Assembly, the 404th Civil Affairs Battalion (Airborne) executed operations Kolombangara and Fustian, consisting of both day and night static-line jumps from a Marine MV-22 Osprey helicopter. Over 100 jumpers descended under canopy to the drop zone and four Jumpmasters earned their Senior Parachutist Badge.

This operation enhanced our jumpers’ proficiency in nighttime operations and enabled eight Jumpmasters to earn the Senior Parachutist Badge.
