Ref: Samaritan Medical Practice

Dear Patients,

On Feb. 13, Humana Military and the Samaritan Medical Practice announced a deal which will allow Samaritan specialty providers back into the TRICARE Network and continue to provide specialty healthcare services to
Fort Drum MEDDAC beneficiaries. For years, we've enjoyed a strong and beneficial relationship with our North Country healthcare partners and we look forward to continuing that relationship well into the future.

What does this mean for you?

While all of our North Country partners have been essential in ensuring our beneficiaries receive quality, timely care, the inclusion of the 22 specialists with the Samaritan Medical Practice will help to ensure you have
access to the care you need when you need it. Our unique healthcare ecosystem relies on the strength of our network partners and the renewed relationship between Humana and Samaritan will help ensure our Soldiers,
Family members and retirees receive access to the quality care they deserve.

Very Respectfully,

Your Health Care Team
