Mission: The Fort Drum Fire and Emergency Services Division is a world class, highly skilled and trained department ready to react immediately when called to prevent and minmize loss of life, property and environmental impact in periods of peace and war. These include both man-made and natural incidents, while utilizing "State of the Art" procedures and the best equipment available, requiring fire protection education, training, engineering, rescue, Emergency Medical Services, Aircraft Crash/Rescue Firefighting, Water Rescue, Public Education & Prevention Services.
The Chiefs, Officers and Firefighters of the Fort Drum Fire & Emergency Services wish to extend our heartfelt condolences to Retired Captain Mike Piekielniak Jr. and his family for the loss of his father Mike Sr. Please join us in sending our hearts during this very trying and difficult time.

Congratulations to everyone
It has been awhile since we have posted, some of you have asked how we are doing. We are safe and healthy and continueing to serve our community with the best service available. Our Command staff is working very hard everyday in partnership with the IAFF Local F105 President to ensure our members safety. We continue to follow the guidelines set forth by the CDC, DoD, NYSDOH and North Country EMS.
We follow social distancing procedures when it is all possible and when its not are wearing the appropriate level PPE and following the guidelines to ensure our team is safe and ready to react.

30 March 2020 Fort Drum Fire & emergency Services welcomed 3 new employees. Please join us in Welcoming FF Will Kalin, FF Tim Karg and FF Zack Yauger into their new roles as team members of the greatest team in the game!

Remember during severe weather and you loose power, pay close attention to gas powered generators and such that they exhaust to the outside and not be allowed inside to build up Carbon MONOXIDE. this is very dangerous
