As well so know there has been a lot fluidity in reaction with the COVID-19. The upcoming ACSTC is still on. Those that are were expecting to attend have been sent an update email with guidance and instruction that will require an immediate reply to. Please check your emails if your scheduled to attend.

Attention to all upcoming students:

Due to the unforseen circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 the upcoming Advanced Culinary Skills Training Course class has been cancelled. For those service members scheduled to attend an official email will be sent to you directly from the NCOIC.

Please feel free to respond to either the OIC or NCOIC. Both will be in the email being sent out.

We look forward to receiving all future students when things clear up. The staff here is eager to get back to training the our nation's elite culinary force in the near future.

My son will soon be coming to Fort Lee for Food service courses. I have so many questions . Am I in the right place? Where does he stay on base? Is it barracks or something different. How much down time will he really have? Is he allowed to leave the base on weekends? Can he have a laptop there? Also would love to hear what do expect in terms of level of skills and instructors.
