The railroad crossing at Nelson Road will be completely closed to all traffic for several days this week for repairs.
The closure is scheduled to start at 8 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 15, and the crossing is expected to reopen by 6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 17, according to BNSF Railway.
Traffic control and detour signage will be in place and motorists are advised to avoid the area. The nearest alternative crossing is at West Street.
